Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I have a lifelong respect and admiration for the change makers, the risk takers and the passion that drives people to create and own their own business. We both know that every small business hits a growth point
where the passion and drive that fueled the birth of the organization is no longer enough on its own. Formalization of structures and systems applied within a strategic framework are required to take the organization to the next level. That’s where I come in. I engage and inspire leaders to discover the best versions of themselves, their teams and their companies. I bring over 18 years of experience in the public and private sector. This work includes managing and building effective teams, mastering diplomacy and
implementing successful programs and initiatives that have proven longevity. This positions me to skillfully assess and design successful organizational models and management strategy.
I have been involved in the conception, creation and implementation of over 20 programs, community initiatives and business models. My ability to see the big picture, quickly understand an organizations’ position in the context of the market and see opportunity for drawing in relevant partners provides valuable insight for planning for the future and employing a mindful approach to company interviewing and hiring practices.
My experience in the design and delivery of thousands of hours of customized leadership training and coaching has equipped managers, change makers and vision casters to map their course for success. I believe becoming a great manager takes hard work, experience, specific skills and intentionality. I help leaders identify and implement evidence-based, best-practices suited to the culture and challenges relevant to each organization.
